WEST GULF MARITIME ASSOCIATION Since 1968, the West Gulf Maritime Association (WGMA) represents the interests of over 200 members comprised of steamship owners, operators, agents along with stevedoring, and terminal companies located in all Texas ports and the Port of Lake Charles, Louisiana.   The West Gulf Maritime Association negotiates and administers various multiemployer collective bargaining agreements with the ILA in West Gulf ports.  The Association also liaises with various governmental entities throughout the West Gulf.  For more information, go to http://www.wgma.org/
