Rachel joined NAMEPA nearly five years ago, bringing a strong foundation in project management. Over time, her role has evolved alongside the organization’s growth, expanding into communications, events, and operational leadership. Today, as Director of Communications and Operations, Rachel plays a central role in shaping and executing NAMEPA’s initiatives, ensuring alignment across programs, partnerships, and outreach efforts.
Rachel is integral to NAMEPA’s day-to-day success and long-term impact. From guiding team operations to leading communications strategy and supporting the execution of key events, she is a steady and driving force behind the organization’s work.
