CARIBMEPA Launched to Save Caribbean Seas

On May 19th during the Caribbean Shipping Association’s Executive Conference, NAMEPA launched CARIBMEPA whose mission is to support the region on the implementation of MARPOL and other measures to protect the marine environment.
